Amazing True Story
Graeham Shepperd from England was gold panning at Echo Canyon, when a
20" trout jumped up into his pan. He said he will never use a
fishing pole again. This was the third year Graeham, Susan and the
girls have returned to the ranch.

As Seen on Oprah
Dr. Pat Allen Workshops - This past Year, we were pleased to host two clinics
by Pat Allen PhD. Pat is an internationally known author and speaker.
She is an acclaimed psychotherapist, best-selling author, and an expert on communication
and relationships. She has appeared on the Oprah Winfrey TV show 4
times.

Jazz It Up
Another celebrity visits the ranch. Angela Hagenbach, jazz recording
artist, who was nominated for a Grammy, turned out to be an excellent
cowgirl.
Gary Hagenbach, an excellent rider, enjoyed collecting wildlife.

Cowboy Wedding
2007 witnessed another cowboy wedding at Echo Canyon Ranch. Mike
Maxwell and Sharon Clark were wed this year in September. Everyone had
a wonderful celebration. Theirs was the 10th wedding the ranch has hosted.

More Horsepower
2007 witnessed the addition of 15 new horses, which brings our herd to 52.

Eagle Nest School from New Mexico visits each year - For the second year the
Eagle Nest school/faculty attended the ranch from New Mexico.

Texas Graduates
Graduating class of San Jacinto Christian Academy of Amarillo, Texas - For
the past few years the senior graduating class of the San Jacinto Christian
Academy of Amarillo, Texas has attended the ranch. They hold "car
washes" and other events to raise money.
